Dave is a clarion voice on discipleship and mission as a speaker, writer, and consultant, first as a co-founder and director of Wayfarer and now as a leader with 3DM. Dave continues to speak and consult as he serves as 3DM’s director of communities, shaping the learning community and workshop experience for churches around the world. As a speaker, Dave ministers to more than 30,000 people each year. He has written 13 books, including Redefining Normal: An Open Invitation for Ordinary People Wanting to Become Extraordinary Disciples.
Dave and his wife Kim have been married for 14 years and have three children: Emma (9), Izzie(5), and Frankie (5) who is adopted from Haiti in 2009.
